This webinar is focused on giving instructors tools to create more inclusive course cultures and opening up space to reflect on how we can incorporate this into avalanche education. Maximum of 20 participants.

This 90-minute seminar will be focused on the TEAMWORK section of the AIARE risk management framework. The goal is to give instructors tools to create more inclusive AIARE course cultures and therefore increase our student’s abilities to work together. This will be an interactive Zoom seminar with a mixture of lecture style content, breakout sessions, and interactive activities. There will be a focus on both giving instructors tools to implement in the field and opening space for instructors to reflect on their current practices and areas for growth.
