Greetings. I am a full-time pro patroller at Sugar Bowl Resort, Norden CA. I help teach avalanche rescue courses through our patrol non-profit, Donner Summit Avalanche Dogs. It's a great way to work with colleagues and new folks alike, share knowledge and practice skills. The AIARE avy rescue curriculum combined with patrol/ski area operations makes for a diverse and engaging course to teach.
