I have taught AIARE avalanche courses for 15 years, and have been a lead instructor for 8 years. I am an AIARE Staff Instructor Trainer, and typically assist several small AIARE providers in the Northwest and Intermountain West as a Course Lead on their AIARE Rec1, Rec2, and Rescue courses. I specialize in women's specific courses, and was the previous owner, Lead AIARE Instructor, and head guide for Backcountry Babes, LLC. I have worked for Alaska Avalanche Information Center in Alaska, for Kaf Adventures in WA and OR, for Montana Backcountry Yurts (MT), and am currently a Course Lead for Payette Powder Guides (ID) and Wallowa Avalanche Center (OR).
