With two decades of experience in the outdoor industry Dan K has worked as a writer, editor and creative director in the brand, editorial and content worlds for a long list of companies from Arc'teryx, Burton, CMH, Crystal Mountain, Eddie Bauer and Stio to publications such as Powder, Transworld, Snowboard Canada and Ski Journal. He has has taught sidecountry-focused avy classes to skiers and splitboarders in the Cascades for more than twenty years. In 2019 he started his own copy, creative and branding shop, Voicebox West and migrated back north to the outdoor, active mecca of Bellingham, WA.
