Having grown up riding I especially love instructing in the motorized field because of the energy that is building in the culture and interest that is growing around proper avalanche education. Motorized users approach everything so differently and I really enjoy the challenge of having to customize my presentation to each group and individual to maintain engagement and ensure retention. I have worked with a few groups in and around central Idaho and have really enjoyed working with the AIARE curriculum and network of instructors. Always looking to teach with new folks and love teaching in new areas.
