Bio:

Diego started the AIARE program in South America with the help of Brian Lazar and Tom Murphy. Translated curriculum and field books, trained alongside forecasters at the CAIC and SAC and was instrumental to getting a South American AIARE instructor base. Currently working on setting up the first SA public avalanche bulletin with the contribution from Andy Anderson to have an adequate online platform.
